Hello! I was hoping that someone could help me out. I’ve been having some trouble selling my products. My store is relatively new, but I have had a lot traffic already (14k visitors today). Out of those 14k, none have bought anything. I need help please! I have spent a lot of money on ads and can’t afford to spend money with no return. If anyone can help, it would mean the world.

Happy to help out! 14k visitors does seem like quite a bit of traffic to have in a day and not get any sales. With that said, where is all of this traffic coming from? It’s possible you are getting traffic that is irrelevant to what products/services you are selling. What things are you doing to bring traffic to your store at the moment?

Currently, I am running some tik tok ads. One of them is set to most of the world. I would be thinking that this is an issue, but my click percentage is 5% (which, I would say is really good). It has 800,000 views and around 55,000 clicks.

Gotcha, and is your TikTok ad relevant to the products that you are selling? Are the products showcased in the video ad so that the viewers understand what they are being redirected to?
