Why is only one compare at price showing on my store?

Hi, I have two products on my store (both imported from DSers). I have set a compare at price on both on them, but only one is showing. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Can you go to your store admin and make sure compare price is higher than price?

It is. The compare price is set to 35.95
