Hey @Ivan48 .
Thanks for reaching out.
I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Since we cannot authenticate you for the store over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that needs to be shared, I am unable to view the specifics. In this case, it would be best to reach out to our live support to have a further look into the gateways.
With that being said, you can reach out to our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
Let me know if you have any questions
If Shopify Payments is active but only PayPal shows at checkout, something is misconfigured. Usually it’s either Shopify Payments not fully set up, still under review, or missing required details (like business info, bank account, or verification).
Go into your admin → Settings → Payments and check:
Shopify Payments is fully activated (not “pending” or “incomplete”)
Credit card payments are enabled
No errors or required actions are showing
Also make sure:
Your store country is supported by Shopify Payments
Test mode is turned OFF
You’re not using a third-party gateway overriding checkout
If everything looks correct and it still doesn’t show, then it’s likely an account-level issue. At that point, contact Shopify support directly so they can check your payment gateway status and enable card payments properly.
