Why is order 1575 showing as paid but payment not received?

Since we are unable to authenticate you for the store in question and take a further look into the specifics of the order, you will need to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor.
