My store is approved on all points but ONE so is working on my Shopify store BUT NOT approved for listing on Shop Channel. I have tried to use support chat box but you can only see centre of chat box and Support Advisors seem mystified or do not find it in themselves to answer in a constructive manner. My store is a standard organic skincare /beauty store with nothing contentious.
REASON given on App says;
“Your Online Store is not using any password control or age verification apps”
I do not require customers to enter age details or any passwords so why is this an issue?

I understand you’re seeing an error message on your end indicating your store does not meet all of the Merchant Guidelines for the Shop App.
To confirm, did you previously have any age verification apps installed on your store? If you remove any age verification apps, it can take 24-48 hours for any changes relating to eligibility to propagate.
In order to be eligible to use the Shop App, you’re not able to use any password control, or age verification apps such as Advanced Registration, B2B Login Access Management, Locksmith, Login to View Price and MagicPass Deal Club, Wholesale.
