Why is PayPal causing a double checkout error on my website?

Hi,

We have recently been informed by one of our customers that when she chooses PayPal at checkout she was redirected back to the checkout page once she clicks to pay. Then, she was choosing PayPal again at checkout page, this time she was able to check out successfully.

This was the case on all 3 orders of her.

Can you please let us know if any of you faced a similar issue?

I also see the same problem in some other online shops.

After verifying PayPal Payment in the first Checkout Step I have to redo it in the next step where it comes to delivery option.
