As you mentioned that you’re currently only using PayPal Express, have you completed the steps necessary for setting up PayPal on your store?
Before launching, it’s a good idea to ensure that the right PayPal account is connected so you don’t experience any delays with receiving your payouts.

I’ve been facing this problem for the past week, I looked everywhere for a solution but nothing helped me, I’ve already launched my store and everything seemed to be working fine, except when I tried to test payment process with paypal express checkout it gave me the same error every time. I am glad to hear that you have experience dealing with similar issues,and I’d be extremely appreciative of any guidance or help you can give.
