I tested order with my paypal account. Money was deducted but Paypal also says that payment is not being received and will be withheld. The reason for withholding could also be that it is a first sale, irregular sales. So I realised and set up my receiving accounts.
The order records then showed “Paid” but why is it that in Paypal, the amount is still withheld?
Consequently, I contacted the dropshipping party and they said they have not received payment and no orders were placed.
Yet the Order record seems to have gone through (screenshot) below.
Anyone knows what’s missing?
