Question is that why pos=1 & sid are commening in URL.Can you pls help me?

Just from checking around online quickly, it looks like the pos=1 part of this is some javascript as I believe is the ‘sid’ text shared here.
I’m not sure how these would be visible as part of your URL structure, so any info you can share on how you have found or used this URL would be appreciated!
