Why is reCaptcha causing customer problems on my new theme?

Hi,

I’ve just moved to a new theme and installed a couple of new apps (Abandoned Cart Recovery Carti & Reconvert post purchase upsell) and and I’ve received a few customer complaints saying that they can’t;

  1. use the contact form
  2. click the “add to cart” button

When I disbale reCaptcha in Preferences these issues seem to disappear.

Any advice?
