I am having a problem with reducing images size on Shopify, I used to restart the website again to get it fixed, but this time it doesn’t seem to work. I have tried multiple images and none of them succeeded. Your help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

You can use some image optimization tool like tinyjpg. Your uploads are not working so it may be the case that your image resolution is not correct or it is not correct as per aspect ratio.
