Ok for me this was an easy fix. Shopify updates their stores to accomodate new Tax Laws. For me they are not charging Sales Tax, because Florida does not charge Sales Tax for Digital Goods. So Shopify added the new category called Digital Goods, so all of my products are Digital, so it charges the customer then refunds them and for some customers it doesn’t charge at all…
So for me the issue was that it was doing this, because of the State Tax Laws.
