I have set up carrier calculated shipping option for checkout and am using sendle, however I tried to do the test stimulation and I enter an address to New Zealand it’s saying we don’t ship to this region. I am located in Australia
I have set up the shipping zone for New Zealand and selected sendle as the carrier and have selected all the regions for New Zealand.
please help!
Welcome to the Shopify Community! Happy to look into this with you. Can you please confirm when shipping the same product you tested to Australia, that shipping rates appear? Also, are all of your products contained in one shipping profile, or do you have multiple shipping profiles? If possible, please share a screenshot of your shipping settings inside your shipping profile. This is found under Settings > Shipping and Delivery > Manage rates. Here is a screenshot of where to click:
Are you shipping from different locations / suppliers? It’s important to add all shipping from locations when you setup your shipping zones, otherwise the products that ship from those locations / suppliers will not have available rates. To add any locations you may have missed, you can follow our help document linked here.
Are you using flat or calculated shipping rates? Another common issue with flat shipping rates are gaps in shipping conditions. For example, you may have created a rate for orders that are $5.00-$49.99, and $50.00 and over, but did not create a rate for orders that are $0.00-$4.99. In this case, any order that is $4.99 or less will not have an available shipping rate. Make sure to check that all prices and weights are covered in your shipping rates, if you are setting price-based or weight-based conditions.
If you’re using calculated rates with Sendle, make sure that the service you’ve selected can ship to New Zealand. You can test this by adding different services, and then see if rates become available at the checkout. Otherwise, you can look on the Sendle website to find out more.
