Why is Shopify accusing me of being a hacker thief?

I purchase an item from an oem, evidently through a shopify frontend and shopify, without verifying any of my real identity, decides to call me a hacker thief, based on some software metrics? So I was prevented from making the order, first time in my life! No phone call, no email, no credit check, etc, just CANCELED.

AND NOW I cannot order from ANYONE online! As far as I can tell, shopify is defaming me on the Internet, still calling me a hacker thief, and all I tried to do was purchase a small item from an OEM? My life is being ruined!

Calm down, everything is gonna be okay. Have we tried contacting their support team? If not, then let’s go contact them, okay?

And here is shopify’s response. Really adult, huh?
