Why is Shopify asking for a 7-digit CRN when Hong Kong uses 8?

For some unknown reason I’m being asked to verify my business details. I’ve been using Shopify since August!!!

I’m being asked for my CRN. It is 8 digits in Hong Kong, but Shopify insist it should only be 7 and will not accept anything more. The computer says “NO”! Really annoying.

I can’t seem to find anyway of chatting with Shopify. Even more annoying!!! What happened to ‘communications’???
