Hey all, I have recently added the Inbox chat app to our store. For the most part it is fine, but when customers enter their order number to get an update, it only says there order is fulfilled with no further information.
The shopify help page for it says “The customer receives a reply in the chat window that includes the fulfillment status of their order, a link to track the order if the order has shipped, or a link to the order status page for more details.”
So I’m not sure why they are not getting the tracking link (which there should be) or even a link to the order status page.
Any help would be appreciated.
