Shopify will not reply to any of my emails and I spoken with over 5 agents from the support advisor department. I am very frustrated on getting told that someone will be contacting me and they never do. I have orders I have to fulfill and customers are waiting to receive their products. This is causing a huge decline in my business. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Im not sure what to do and I feel like something isn’t right about this. I’m not sure if you already contact with them via the chat, but if you didn’t reach out them this way,
I would like to say that might be better to contact with them via chat service.
It takes time to get the response from Shopify via email, but there is the chat option.
And you don’t need to wait more than 3 mins.
You can talk with them directly, and the chat history recorded which means you don’t need to explain the same thing again and again.
