I have used shopify for years on three shops. Loved them for the apps and support.
Tried to reach out tonight on a new shop/ company I made. There is no longer phone support!WTH!
First of all, what happened to alllll those jobs across the world of people over the phone in other countires to provide 24/7 assistance??? That was the best thing they had going for them, always super knowledgeable and helpful people! ALWAYS!
Secondly chat support is the WORST!!! Sent a simple chat question asking about why my local pick up isnt showing up as an option at check out. I had to resend the question three times in three ways, for the person to understand!! THREE!! They still didnt get it. It took 5-10 minute for them to respond after any communication from me.
I guess they have cut all workers, and they must be helping dozens of people at the same time. No wonder they don’t understand the question or what I need help with. Imagine if it was a bigger more confusing issue!!??!!
I will have to find another site to put my items on the web!
Really, really disappointing!
