Currently the add to cart is not working for all products with the Dynamic Product Options app.
You can use this product for reference:

No coding on the theme has been changed, or the app.
Any help would be great.
@rlcotejr I checked your reference product URL and ATC button working fine. There are some required dynamic product options so, we must have to select all options before ATC.
Let me know if you need more help.

I checked your add to cart and it doesn’t mean it doesn’t work, but you have to select all the fields to be able to add to cart.
