When I click ‘check out’ after adding an item to my cart, the button redirects me back to the cart instead of to the checkout form. I’ve realized that this only occurs with the check out button on the ‘cart’ page and not with the check out button in the ‘cart pop-up’ notification which appears when you add an item to cart. It looks like you are getting a checkout error from printful. It seems to not be recognizing your checkout form. Have you edited the theme file code for that page? Are you using Printufl? Or any other apps affecting checkout?
Yes, I have edited the code for the page, however I am not using Printful, the only other app I use is Alireviews.
edit: I just checked Wappalyzer, and it seems that Printful has been installed, I don’t know why, I’m certainly not using it.
Does uninstalling it help? Is it showing in your apps now?
Turns out printful was used for one of my other stores, I just uninstalled it along with Alireview, but so far it hasn’t changed anything. The check out button still sends me back to the ‘cart’ page.
