Why is the checkout process not working on my responsive theme?

Hello, currently in Preview mode I am unable to checkout via the “Add to Cart” process. The cart page just refreshes. However, I am able to checkout if I select the “Buy Now” button process. I have a fully paid plan, cleared the cache, updated app and removed dynamic “Buy Now” button and still encounter the same issue along with now being unable to view the header image and individual selected product image. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, so I can go-live. Thank you kb

Thank you. After working with Shopify this morning we were able to rectify the issues.
