We have several customers complaining of a blinking screen particularly when they choose product and attempt to begin checkout. Anyone have this issue?

The issue you’re describing sounds quite odd, and I can absolutely see how this would be a problem. I’m happy to help dig in and try to figure out what’s going on here. In order to assist, I’ll first need to get a better idea of what the problem looks like. Could you please reply back here with a link to your online store? I’ll do some tests on my end to see if I can replicate the issue.
Could you please also let me know the following:
- When did this first occur?
- Is this happening for all customers, or just some?
- Are you able to replicate it yourself while testing?
- Did you make any recent changes to your theme prior to noticing this issue?
- Did you install any new applications prior to noticing this issue?
