Hi, we face the problem - the clients name now is shown as an error, see the print screen - " Thank you, %{dispay _name}! " What happened? Since now it is permanent. How to solve it?
If you or your staff or no apps have ever modified the stores themes, it’s translations, additional scripts settings , or chekout.liquid then you should contact shopify support directly about this.
Otherwise the correct format for liquid is {{ output_variable_tag }}, or {% logic_tag %}
The screenshot may indicate either an issue with translations, or a javascript problem.
So should check the stores translations and it’s additional scripts setting for any custom code.
