A user is unable to display the “Company Label” field at checkout despite adding three translations to their theme: Company Label, Optional Company Label, and Optional address2 label. Screenshots show the translations were added in the theme editor, but the company field doesn’t appear on the actual checkout page.

A support representative requested the store URL and password to investigate. The user provided the Shopify store link. The issue remains unresolved and awaiting technical review.
Hello, in order to allow to the companies to ask for the invoices, I added 3 translations to the theme content: Company Label, Optional Company Label and Optional address2 label, but I can’t see the field Company Label in the check-out. Why the field is not shown? I add some screenshot.
And another question please, in the payment page I see two additional fields, I add a screenshot. Can I modify the grey text? I don’t find the fields in the checkout translations.
