Hi, I’m trying to test the fulfillment links to a few new products, something I’ve done many times before.
When I go to buy the products, the Complete Order button is grayed out.
I have paid version of Shopify. Inventory is good. I’ve cleared cache.
Ideas?
Book Funnel. They’ve been servicing most of my shop without any problems.
Any idea what could be going wrong on the Shopify end?

Could you provide more information on the following:
- A link to your website.
- Does this happen when checking out with all products or specific products?
- Please share a screenshot of the issue.
- Does this happen when using a different theme(s), or a fresh Shopify theme?
- Have you tried adding products to the cart with a different browser or device?
- Have you recently changed your theme code or installed any new apps?

It was my error! I was loading e-books and failed to uncheck the box that says “requires shipping.”
