Why is the credit card option missing in my POS payment?

We are using Shoppify’s POS and in that we are not getting “Credit Card” option. Can you please help with the needful. So, that we can do our ecommerce business smoothly.

I can see that you posted this yesterday, so I am hoping you were able to get this issue resolved. If you have not yet I strongly recommend reaching out to our retail support team from within the POS app’s support tab.

Also, some great troubleshooting steps for app issues are:

  • Check for device updates.
  • Check for app updates.
  • Clear your app data cache
  • Sign out and sign back in.
  • Ask the account owner to check the store admin for any alerts or issues with the account and also review the account owner email address for any communications about this.
