Why is the currency conversion incorrect for my US customers?

Hi,I am having issues with the website pricing.I had a customer today that was from the USA and when he clicked on the Cad currency box it showed him what should be the US currency and when he clicks on the US currency box It reduces the price even more than what the US price would be but yet when you go to check out it gets corrected.

Some customers are furious and think they are getting ripped off so I need some help on this asap .

My first thought on this is that you may be using an older theme. If you’re using a theme that’s older than 2 years, then you probably just need to update to the latest theme version, and this issue will sort itself out.
