Why is the customer login page footer formatting incorrect?

Hello everyone, I would like your help.

All pages on my site are fine, except one page, the customer login page.
The footer is formatted incorrectly and I don’t understand why.

In your opinion, why?
Can I fix it?

This instead is an image of the footer and I have highlighted the parts where they are formatted incorrectly.

Dan-From-Ryviu, I would like to ask you this too.

As you can see in the main slide of the home page of my site, the images scroll, but if you notice carefully there is a zoom transition inwards. However, in the theme settings I don’t see the option to turn off this transition.
Can I remove it in your opinion?

I’ll attach a video so I can show you what I mean.
