Why is the desktop theme version grayed out on my online store?

When I click on “Online Store” and “Themes” is highlighted… it shows this…

This is the theme customers see when they visit your store.

The mobile is clear and gold in color like my home page, but the desktop version is gray (not gold - no color). When I bring up my website it looks fine, but again under Online Store and Themes is clicked on… the Mobile looks fine, but the Desktop version is grayed out… why is it grayed out? I don’t think it was ever grayed out until today. Is there a setting I messed up or something I can do so the Mobile version and the Desk Top version are not grayed out?

i think I should be able to help out. Can you please share the screenshots or maybe the preview link of the theme you’re referring too. It’s quite hard to understand your problem like this.
