We are trying to run an email blast but the Shopify Email add-on is missing from the apps list. I have tried to reinstall but nothing happens when I click on the install option.

We are having this exact problem. We also can’t create the free Facebook Ads.
Open your site admin with a cache-free browser.
Try going to Marketing —> Create a campaign → click on Shopify Email.
Shopify Email app should show up in the Apps section.
Thank you for your suggestion. I have the Shopify Email app and can create emails that way. The problem is that I can not do anything under my campaigns.
We were using it before. The option disappeared all of the sudden. Like I said I tried to re-install but the application wasn’t launching. I tried Microsoft Edge/Chrome

Send an email directly to Shopify’s Merchant/Technical support. If it’s a technical issue, they should assist you.
