If that one product is your featured collection. Then since the text below that belongs to that product are always clear it should be the image.
But since zooming in and then back keeps it clear it’s unlikely.
It do seems like it’s a little bit blurry even in catalog sometimes.
Have you tried replacing or reuploading the image. alternatively check how it’s loaded in.
And if that is not your featured collection then you’ll have to be more specific since that’s all I see.
There is also the possibility to have a featured product instead, maybe that works better

the collection is that shirt, the featured collection is set to display all items instead of an actual collection
im not sure how to manually change the thumbnail image for the product, it just pops up automatically
