Why is the first part of my Impulse Theme page blank?

lately I have been running into problem with my pages “Our story” page and others where the first part of the page is blank!! I am using Impulse Theme. When I asked them they replied “This is happening because of the custom code changes the merchant has added to the theme files for mobile navigation. To have this resolved they will need to speak with the developer who made these changes and have them correct the issue, as editing code from third-party developers isn’t within our scope of support.” I did not do that and I do not know who did it possibly an App I added, but I am not sure.

This is Richard from PageFly - Landing page builder,

I’ve checked it looks like someone has coded the wrong HTML, making the HTML syntax incorrect in your code.
Maybe adding style=“display: none” but missing some closing mark.
Please check the main-page.liquid file or roughly any file with the H1 tag of the page.
