Hello!
We released the Brooklyn theme and since doing so our customers are not able to get a new password. When they click on “forgot password” it does nothing.
I have tested it on other themes and it seems to just be an issue with this one.
I have reached out to Shopify and was told there is something wrong with the coding but we have not touched it. Can someone help me!! What is the coding I need?!
Yes my assistant, she did not touch the coding but we use pagefly

There is some issue with the javascript on your store. The reset password page is not showing because of an error in the code.
Please check below image where you can see reset password page is there but not displaying because when you click on forgot password link.

Do you use any app to create a merchant’s account? Or it is created by your theme. Please contact the theme support team for more help. Not sure but is it built by Layout hub builder? If yes, you should contact them to check too.
