Why is the menu and hamburger menu not functioning properly?

Hi,

I am working on a clients site and added some code into it for image purposes but this morning the menu and hamburger menu have stopped working. I’m unable to revert back to the theme.js previously for some reason.

I also note errors when I inspect but I am unsure how to resolve these, please help!
