I have a customer that needs to reset their password but when they follow the link emailed to them the page comes up blank. I’m using the Debut theme and my site is www.trinketbk.com

Thanks for posting about this situation in the Community! I’m taking some time to go through some older, unanswered questions that have been posted so I hope I can be of assistance to you!
It’s certainly odd that the password reset page appears to be coming up blank. Have you had the chance to test the pasword reset function yourself to see if this affects you, too? The first step to figuring out the cause is to determine if it’s customer specific, or a larger store issue.
Make a customer account and then attempt a password reset. Let me know if the password reset page that loads up for you is blank like how your customer was experiencing it. If it is, then it could be a larger store issue, and something we’ll want to involve our live support team with.
I’ll keep my eyes peeled for your reply once you’ve tried that test! Or, you can let me know if you’ve resolved this issue since you posted originally!

Just to test to see if this is a theme issue, can you try using a fresh version of one of our free themes, and create a new customer account. After that, request a password reset from within that fresh, free theme and see if that link carries you to another blank page! Also, if possible, can you share the name of the theme you’re currently using in your store?
