Hi,
one of my influencer let notice me that she see the price with an exagerated added 00 thousand.
What I mean those in the image are not the prices.
the prices are 16 euro, 34.90 euro etc.
I actually don’t experienced this issue and I checked for different market and language.
Also I checked in each product and price are ok, as they should be.
What could be the root of this bug.
Thank you
If using multi-currency verify which currency the user has selected.
Some currencies get different formatting or exchanges rates but the currency-symbols could be wrong leading to confusion.
Check your stores currency formatting preferences.

If using a currency-conversion app disable it and test.
If you customized the theme or check a backup theme if problem isn’t in backup undo the customization til fixed.

Hi, @CarmineT !
Thanks for sharing your question with our network.
In addition to the suggestions shared by, @PaulNewton and @JamesTech_1 , it’s important to clarify that two extra zeros are in fact being added by your theme or an app. It sounds as though you have confirmed this by heading to Admin > Products?
Furthermore, if you’re using an app to import product information, you will want to confirm no changes are not being imported from there. That leaves us with quite a few possibilities as to why this might be occurring, so I encourage you to review each setting shared in this thread so far.
Please keep us posted,
Hi Olivia,
this issue appeared only since some days and I did not installed any app, actually I remove one that was about SEO and never really used.
The problem is that I can’t reproduce the issue that is been experienced by an influencer.
I do check and use same currency(Euro).
When got to product area, prices are correct and visualize fine from my side.
What should be same cause then?
Thank you for that context, @CarmineT !
Are you able to provide our community with your store URL? I’d be glad to do some local testing and I also invite our other contributors to take a look to see if they are able to pinpoint the issue.
To help us identify the problem can you also clarify the following:
- Is your customer still able to replicate this issue?
- Does this persist for them across different devices and browsers? This will help us determine if they are viewing a cached version of your site, or if this is a live problem
- What region is this user located in?
- Have any other users reported this? Particularly in that same region?
Please let us know,
