Why is the remove button in my cart not working?

I have a problem with our shop: I cannot remove an item from the cart. And I can’t see whether it is an error in the template or in a plugin (like the Personaliser Plugin). Any help is very appreciated!

(The Shop is in german. The remove button is translated with “Entfernen”)

Thank you for the screenshots to help show what you’re referring to, and also for the link to your site! I followed your link and did some testing on my end. During my tests, I found that I was able to add products to cart and also remove them from the cart without any issues. Did you make any changes to your account/site since submitting this forum post? If so, you may have solved this already! If not, then there is possibly a localized issue at play. I have some troubleshooting steps that should help clear this up:

  • Check your browser for any available updates and complete them if able
  • Clear your browsers cache and cookies (https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic)
  • Access your shop in a private / incognito browsing session and try again
  • Try in an alternate browser and complete the above steps again
  • Try on an alternate device and complete the above steps again
