Why is the same country appearing multiple times at checkout?

Hello Everyone,

I am struggling to finalize my online store but am unable because at checkout page “Country/Region” only one country among the other countries show multiple times. I have tried everything I could unsuccessfully. Any thoughts will be highly appreciated. (Herewith attached a screenshot of my issue)

Any luck on this one? I see the same. I suspect it has something to do with markets but not sure.
