Star review of my product is missing I have been trying to fix this issue for over an hour now someone should please help

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with product reviews, to ensure this gets resolved. To ensure I’m fully understanding, are you currently using an app from the Shopify App Store to have reviews uploaded to the shop?
If so, are you able to share the name of the app being used? Additionally, I would recommend attempting some of the following troubleshooting steps below to see if this issue persists. These include:
- Clear your Cache and Cookies.
- Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
- Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
- Attempt using Another Device.
- Try uploading from the Shopify Mobile App.
If after attempting the following steps outlined above, you continue seeing this error, I would encourage contacting the app developer directly for further assistance. You can contact the app developer by heading to the Shopify App Store and selecting Support > Get Support.
