What is going on with stocky for the last few days? Are you doing some update?
2 days that I can’t work because the app is working on and off
We’ve been getting 503 errors constantly for the last 2 days. I called Shopify support and they said they are aware of the issue and are working on it. For us, I’ve asked them multiple times if they can increase our API Call Limit. I suspect Stocky servers are overloaded and then they start throttling users, which causes us the 503 errors. Not exactly sure though.
