Hi , i ordered a few items and now after payment it says that the store is unavailable. Can someone contact me, rectify this and cash me a refund asap?

Shopify is the company that provides the software for businesses to create and run their own online store. We don’t directly run the businesses associated with us or have a hand in their orders. For this reason we won’t have more information on this order and won’t be able to initiate a refund from our end, but the store you made the purchase from would be able to assist further.
In order to receive a refund it would be best to speak with the store you made your purchase from. I know you’ve mentioned that their website is no longer available, but do you happen to have any other contact information for this shop? If so, I would try to speak with them about what happened to your order and the website. If you received an order confirmation email you can try to reply directly to that email to get in touch with the store as well. You are also able to report this to us using this page. If this store is using Shopify your complaint would be sent directly to the seller you purchased from.
If you’re unable to get in touch with this store I would then recommend speaking with the bank you used for the purchase. They would be able to look into the situation and share any next steps available to resolve this.
Hi, no other contact details was available and now I’m getting worried. The link for the store was https://nayasacollection.club/ and my order Id were #1253 and #1279 . I have already sent a mail to their Id but there’s been no response so far kindly do something @Erin_1
