Why is the store showing unavailable after my purchase?

I purchased an item from a store. After payment it is showing store unavailable. Also no response from the email provided. Please help

I understand you’re reaching out for an update regarding an order that was placed through a store online. While it’s possible that the store you bought from may leverage Shopify services, each store on the platform has its own business and operates individually.

Shopify does not manage the shipping, sales, orders or day-to-day operations of a store. That being said, there are still some steps available to you.

If you exhausted all attempts to contact the store directly and your order was placed 30 days ago, I encourage you to contact your bank/payment provider.
Your bank/payment provider will be able to begin an investigation with the aim of retrieving your funds. Your bank has built-in security measures to protect you and they will assist you through the next steps from here.
