Why is the 'Unique Adds to Cart' column on Meta Ads empty?

Hey everyone,

Does anyone know why some of the columns in the screenshot are empty?

As you can see, I have both “Adds to cart”, and “Purchases”, so I can’t seem to find out why, for example, the “Unique Adds to Cart” is empty.

I understand that “Adds to cart” talks about items and “Unique Adds to Cart” talks about clients, but I don’t understand why the second one would be empty since, logically, if there’s any number in the first column there should be at least a 1 (client) in the second.

having the same problem , there are lots of people asking this question all over the reddit and this forum. there is still no answer.
