Can you tell me, please, why the US version (richardteausa.myshopify.com) is more updated than the European version? I need the same functions as in the USA. See screenshot. In richardteaserb.myshopify.com we do not have FINANCE menu. Could you tell me how I can update europe version?

It looks like you may be referring to some Shopify Finance options which are currently only offered to stores based in the USA.
This would account for the presence of this in your US store and its absence in any other store not based there.
