If so, I’d encourage you to connect with the app developer directly for further investigation. As Variant Image Penguin is considered to be a third-party app, their team will be able to take a closer look to ensure the issue gets resolved as quickly as possible.
To connect with them, you can head to the Shopify App Store and scroll to the bottom of the page to select Support > Send a message. Alternatively, you can Contact Support directly where our advisor team will connect you with the app developer to ensure this gets resolved.
