Hoping someone can help!!
We have had customers contact us as they are receiving a different product than they ordered.
It appears that at the checkout stage, the product swaps to another but the customer hasn’t realised until they receive the parcel (their confirmation order shows the incorrect product too)
It doesn’t happen every time - but it is now happening to at least 2 of our products specifically.
We recently changed over to the split theme and removed some apps we no longer used - could this have caused the problem and if so how can we solve it? Could it be as simple as reverting to our old theme? I have absolutely no idea about coding etc so hoping there may be an easier fix
