I am Facing an Issue on my shopify store and that is like on Facebook Ads Manager it shows me 53 Link Clicks but on Shopify it only shows 41 Sessions.

Possible reason for the Discrepancy
Facebook Ads and Shopify use different tracking methods. Facebook counts a link click when someone clicks on your ad, regardless of whether they reach your store due to various reasons (slow loading, redirects, etc.). Shopify registers a session only when someone lands on your store.
Make sure your Facebook ad URLs are tagged with UTM parameters (e.g., utm_source=facebook&utm_campaign=summer_sale). These parameters help identify traffic specifically from Facebook ads in Shopify analytics.
I have a similar problem.
Shopify is not tracking anything.
I have the pixel installed and I get a huge difference in sessions etc.
So I decided to implement google analytics and they track properly.
Any idea on what can cause the issue? I think it effects my ads too
