I have an issue with my shopify analytics. On yesterday, my facebook ads account showed 53 Unique clicks on a link, but on my Shopify account analytics it said only 16 visitors from Facebook / instagram.
Also today, i had 1 sell, but nor Shopify and facebook ads showed it on analytics. So my shopify analytics indicates 0 add to cart / 0 initiate checkout / 0 sell. And i yet have 1 sell (and 1 add to cart, 1 initiate checkout at least i believe).
Does someone has an idea from where the issue can come from? Is there an issue with my Shopify account or theme?

I may have resolved the issue, as now i see corresponding tracking events between shopify and facebook ads (I modified some data sharing and catalog informations).

Hi Thibault, i don’t remember well but i modified cookies parameters to collect cookies from everyone even without acceptation, and maybe you can also check if your product catalog is well connected to your facebook ads application.
