Why is There a Discrepancy in Our Store's Earnings?

We just opened our store and have noticed several issues with the shopify platform. When we log in, for example, the page hangs for a second, where four accounts are greyed out as is an account logo that doesn’t belong to us.

We have received a 404 error on our account page. Are others noticing the same issues?

The latest now is earnings in excess of $2K but shopify’s admin panel states that we have on 1/10th of that.

We will be reporting this.

Our collection was removed and in it’s place? a generic template showing a knapsack, shoes and glasses. Our About Us and Privacy pages were removed showing generic templates - this after our store was live and front facing.

When we try to check analytics, the map and stats appear crouched in the top left-hand side of the page.

We created a contact form. Here is the result of said form once submitted:

an error per usual. This means that we cannot receive messages from customers, potential wholesalers nor the press.
