I look at my shopify today, and there is an amount of -€39.95 on the counter.
Can you tell me how this is possible?

When you say there is an amount of -€39.95, do you mean you received an order that was -€39.95, or that your total for the day was -€39.95? If it’s the second one, it may be that you processed refunds on that day, and the refunds were greater than the amount collected from orders for that day. You can read more about how refunds work on Shopify in this help document.
If you did receive an order that had a negative dollar amount, would you be able to share a screenshot of the order with me here? I’d be happy to take a closer look.
